Disclaimer Displayframes,
Inc.'s goal is to provide a wide
selection of unique and exclusive high-quality display products available
over the Internet. In doing so, we adhere to the the following
terms and conditions: Shipping
Terms
The shipping terms are accepted by
the customer by placing an order. Our
goal is to be able to ship whatever product you want within 3 to 5 business days
of your order. There may be occasional
delays in order processing time. Please
allow up to 5 business days to process your order prior to shipping.
Standard
delivery times vary from 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on product availability, custom
orders, shipping method, and your location.
Orders placed
weekends or holidays begin processing the following business day. If
the delay in processing your order is more than 7 business days, Displayframes,
Inc. will send you an
e-mail message notifying you of the delay. If the delay will be
less than 7 business days, Displayframes,
Inc. will ship the product
as soon as it is available. The shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval
and may be delayed should we experience difficulties getting
authorization.
A Saturday
delivery option is not available.
We
allow shipments to an address that is different from the billing
address, however we reserve the right to contact both the sender and
intended recipient for confirmation. Be sure to include the phone
number for the destination address.

dates are subject to change without notice. PO
Boxes
We are
unable to ship to PO boxes. Shipping
and Handling
The
amount of shipping covers delivery confirmation, pickup service, insurance,
packaging, and handling.
Delivery
Loss, Theft and Damage
All deliveries are insured and guaranteed
against loss, theft and damage. Credit
Card
Only Credit card orders accepted
using VISA, MASTERCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER CARD.
On-line
Ordering
On-line ordering is fast and easy. It's safe too. For your protection all credit card transactions take place on a secure server to ensure

Off-line
Ordering
Orders can be phoned in or faxed. Want to order off-line. Simple.
We e-mail your
shopping Cart order list, so you can print it out; then fax, phone or mail it back to us at your convenience. Refused
Shipments
If you refuse
shipment, you are responsible for the shipping costs both to you and the
shipping back to us.
Address
Errors
Please make sure that
you have correctly entered your shipping address. Shipping charges incurred as a
result of address entry error will be passed on to the card holder. Any shipping
charges incurred due to an error made by Displayframes, Inc. will be paid by
Displayframes, Inc. Quoted
Prices
All
shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices quoted, guaranteed for 30 days, after which
the price would be subject to change without notice. Sales
Tax
By law, state sales
tax is required to be collected on purchases made by residents of the state of
New York, USA. C.O.D.
Orders
No
C.O.D. orders can be accepted.
Back
Orders
Our goal is to be
able to ship whatever product you want within 3 to 5 business days of your
order. However, there are times when items will be out of stock.
After receipt of your order, we will email you of any items that are on back
order. All back orders will be automatically shipped when available, unless you
email us at service@displayframes.com
with your request to cancel the back ordered item. Back orders over 30 days old
are reconfirmed before we ship. A back ordered item that is part of a multiple
item order will not delay the shipment of any in stock items you have purchased.
Displayframes, Inc. will pay any additional shipping charges incurred for a back
ordered item. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
Canceling
an Order
During the time your
order is being processed, you may cancel your order in part or in total. Please
email us at service@displayframes.com
with your cancellation request as soon as possible; we will then email you with
the status of your order. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, or
if you refuse delivery, you are still responsible for shipping charges both to
you and the shipping charges to ship the product back to us.
Returns
and Exchanges
We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order,
and if the merchandise is returned within 10
days from the date of your order, we will gladly give you a full refund or
exchange your merchandise, less the original shipping and handling charges.
Return authorization is required. Please email us with your reason for return at
service@displayframes.com.
We
will then email you with your required Return Authorization Number. No return
parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D. No returns will be
accepted without an accompanying Return Authorization Number. Displayframes,
Inc.
retains full discretion in granting refunds, exchanges or credit requests.
Return credits will be issued to the credit card that was originally charged,
less any original shipping and handling charges.
When returning an item, be sure to include a copy of the receipt. Be sure to purchase
insurance for the full value of all items enclosed. You may also want to use
a shipper who has tracking services. We are not responsible for packages that
are lost or damaged while being shipped to us.
