  How Much Will My Order Cost to Ship?

As much as we wish we could be the Zappos of Framing, and offer free shipping on all Display Frame Products, that's not feasible.

Due to the variety of custom-built displays we offer and their bulky nature, our ship price structure is based on the Product Type(s) being ordered.  See Pricing .

  When Will My Order Ship?

Due to the custom nature of all our products, our build times vary based on display type. ( See Below ).

All production lead times are also available on the Details Tab found on each product page.

  Can I Get My Order Built Sooner then Production
      Lead Times Outlined Below?

Based on the product type ordered, and our available materials will determine what can be done to meet your scheduling.

  How Long Does It Take To Arrive, Once Shipped?

For FedEx, UPS, and USPS the standard transit times from
our factory can be seen here .

  How Do You Ship?

We ship most orders FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

For large oversized items and bulk volume orders, we ship LTL Freight.

For all freight orders, we will contact you to confirm all the details required.

  Can I Get My Order Shipped Faster than Ground Service?

Due to the customization of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping options at checkout. However, we can provide a quote for expedited shipping services needed.

  Do You Ship Orders International?

  What are Oversized Carrier Shipping Fees?   Will they Apply to My Order?

Unfortunately this charge is out of our control.

If your Display Frame is a combined outer dimension equal to or greater than 40", oversized shipping fees will incur.

No matter if it's shipping FedEx, UPS, USPS, or LTL Freight, an oversized charge charge is applied for taking up additional space in their trucks during transportation.

  Can I Use My Shipping Number, or Provide a
     Shipper Label for Pickup?

Yes you can. While checking out, you will have an opportunity to enter any special notes about your order  (this is also where you can notate any instructions).

Customer Service will then follow up to coordinate this shipping request and refund any shipping costs incurred. Another option is to call customer service to arrange a quote that excludes shipping costs.

Some products ship unassembled and usually will ship FREE Ground. Learn More .

  What Is My Shipping Cost?

Shipping rates include the cost of boxing, packing materials, labor, and any custom protective material needed to ensure you receive your Display Frames in perfect condition once it leaves our production facility.
