DisplayFrames.com does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. All items purchased from DisplayFrames.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss & title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier..

However, DisplayFrames.com does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is correct, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by DisplayFrames.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
User Content Guidelines
Users must adhere to the following guidelines when using our personalization tools or uploading images to print. We reserve the right to remove or reject any User Content that may conflict with these guidelines. Gross or repeated violations may result in restrictions on or termination of your use and account.
Intellectual property violations.
Users must honor the intellectual property rights of others.
Users shall not post or distribute content to which they do not own the copyright. In addition, users shall not post or distribute images or other content that (i) is an unauthorized reproduction or modified version of a copyrighted work, (ii) features the brand, logo, trademark, trade name or trade dress of any other person or entity, or (iii) infringes any third party's rights of privacy or publicity.
Illegal Acts.
Users shall not post or distribute content that would constitute or encourage criminal offenses, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability under or violate any local, state, national or international law.
Hate and social intolerance.
Users shall not post or distribute content that contains hate or racial intolerance or advocates violence or ridicule against any individual, group, or organization.
Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Users shall not post or distribute content that displays illegal drugs or the paraphernalia used for them.
Language.
Users shall not post or distribute content that features excessive profanity or sexually explicit language, defamatory statements, or remarks that disparage or ridicule other people.
Pornography.
The Site is not a place for erotica or adult content that crosses the line from art into pornography. We understand that our users may be interested in all varieties and types of images that may include nude figures and affectionate activity. These are legitimate subjects of artistic portrayal. However, under no circumstances shall users post or distribute X-rated or hard-core images, sexual images involving children, images that depict graphic or deviant sexual acts, amateur porn, or any paraphernalia involved with this type of activity.
Violence.
Users shall not post content that contains overt or gratuitous violence or images of crime-scene photos, morgue shots or violent depictions or human organs and body parts, or images that promote suicide.
Other harmful or offensive materials.
Users shall not post content that a reasonable art observer would find offensive or art that (i) is libelous, (ii) promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or otherwise; (iii) is harmful to or exploitative of children; or (iv) is otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to finally determine the appropriateness of all images posted to our site.
Misrepresentation.
Users may not falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation, or affiliation of their content, with any other person or entity in any way.
Commercial activity.
Users shall not post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, mass mailings, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes" or other such solicitations.
User Submitted materials
Any materials submitted by you to DisplayFrames.com, including, without limitation, your Artwork, photographs, images, text, graphics, and other materials (collectively, "User Submitted Materials") are subject to the following terms and conditions. You will retain ownership of such User Submitted Materials, and you grant DisplayFrames.com and our designers a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, right and license, to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of and publicly display such User Submitted Materials (i) to enable you to use the Service to create, produce and purchase Products, (ii) in connection with the production or provision of any Product or Service you request, (iii) to show you how your User Submitted Materials would appear in our Products or Services, and (iv) to enable DisplayFrames.com to provide the Products and Services. For example, when you place an Order for a Display Frame, we will prepare, manipulate (if necessary), and transmit the User Submitted Materials for framing, packaging, and shipment.
• Please note that, while you retain ownership of your Submitted Materials, any template or layout in which you arrange or organize such Submitted Materials through tools and features made available through our Sites are not proprietary to you, and the rights to such template or layout will remain with us.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights concerning the Submitted Materials and that the Submitted Materials do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any copyright, trade secret right or other intellectual property or another property right of any third party, and that the Submitted Materials are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. You warrant that the holder of any worldwide intellectual property right, including moral rights, in Your Submitted Materials, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above.
You consent to the use of your likeness, and you have obtained the written consent, release, and/or permission of every identifiable individual who appears in Submitted Materials to use such individual's likeness, for purposes of using and otherwise exploiting the Submitted Materials in the manner contemplated by these Terms, or, if any such identifiable individual is under the age of eighteen (18), you have obtained such written consent, release and/or permission from such individual's parent or guardian (and you agree to provide to us a copy of any such consents, releases and/or permissions upon our request). If you do submit a submission that contains the likeness of an identifiable individual under the age of eighteen (18), we strongly encourage you not to include any identifying information (such as the individual's name or address) with such Submitted Materials.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, and third party users harmless from and against any claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) that arise directly or indirectly out of or from: (i) the Submitted Materials; and (ii) an actual or alleged infringement or violation of any third party’s rights with respect to such Submitted Materials.
You agree that you, not DisplayFrames.com, are responsible for all of Your Submitted Materials.
We may, in our sole discretion, determine whether Your Submitted Materials complies with such instructions and is satisfactory for use in our Services. Submitted Materials that violate these Terms may be removed from our Site; provided, however, that we have no obligation to remove Submitted Materials in response to user reports or requests. We are not responsible for, and will have no liability for the removal or non-removal of any Submitted Materials from our Site.
Disclaimer
DisplayFrames.com is not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
Limitation of Liability
DisplayFrames.com does not accept the responsibility that the website, its servers, or e-mail sent from the site are free of viruses or other harmful components. DisplayFrames.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Specific laws do not allow limitations as contained in this clause. If these laws apply, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
Site Policies and Severability
