Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in our workmanship and quality, and want you happy with the custom designed display frame(s) you've received. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt (exceptions do apply).
All Shipping charges, outbound and inbound will not be refunded.
For some products and orders, we offer a modified version of our return policy.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a product refund.
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
Clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order.
All printed items including; Text / Image Labels, Logos, Custom Headers, and *Poster / Photo Prints

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a product replacement.
Please contact customer service immediately upon receiving / discovering the damaged product, so we can alert any and all freight partners involved with the shipment.
How Do I Make a Return?
If something went wrong, we'll make it right. Here's the quick and easy return process:
1. You will need an RMA Form. To do so please email your refund or replacement request to
email@example.com. Give us your name, order number and reason for returning.
We’ll get right back to you within 1 business day or Call us at 888-977-8608, 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri.
2. A friendly team member will take action to review your eligible return request and then issue
you a return label. Once you have the return label, just ship your item back to us in the original packaging.
3. Once your returned item is received, and it passes our inspection, we will issue your refund
within a few business days. Please note sometimes credit card companies may delay credit on their end.
If this happens, rest assured within one billing cycle, the credit will be back in your account.
Restock Fees do apply for all SwingFrame returns. Due to the fact that our frames are custom-cut to the exact specifications on your order, materials can rarely be re-used.
Additionally SwingFrame products use more material and involve more labor when building our patented Display Products, thus a 35% restock fee will apply.
No returns are allowed for any orders which exceed $2,500.
We highly suggest ordering a sample before placing a larger sized order.
International Order Returns
When shipping outside of the USA or Canada, we do not accept returns.
All sales are final, so please triple check all the specifications of your order request before proceeding.
