Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in our artistry and quality and want you to be happy with the custom-designed display frame(s) you've received. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt (exceptions do apply). There is a 35% restocking fee (excluding SwingFrame Products and Large Orders) and all Shipping charges, outbound and inbound will not be refunded (Please see below for more information as some products and orders have a different return policy).
*Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, finishes and colors may appear different on different monitors. It is not possible to guarantee our online finishes and colors will look the same as what they look like in real life. We do our very best to make sure our samples are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee it. If it is important to you that the sample be exact, it is highly recommended that you contact us for a sample first, before placing your order. After you receive your sample, keep in mind that even the actual sample can have minimal color variations from the finished product as dye lots will never match from lot to lot.

Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a product refund.
The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

Clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order.
Personalized Items
All printed items including; Text / Image Labels, Logos, Custom Headers, and *Poster / Photo Prints

item Damaged
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a product replacement.
Please contact customer service immediately upon receiving/discovering the damaged product so that we can alert any freight partners involved with the shipment.
How Do I Make a Return?
If something is wrong, we'll make it right. Here's the quick and easy return process:
1. You will need an RMA Form. To do so, please email your refund or replacement request to
info@displayframes.com. Give us your name, order number, and reason for return.
We’ll get right back to you within one business day or Call us at 888-977-8608, 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri.
2. A friendly team member will take action to review your eligible return request and then issue
you a return authorization with instructions on how to ship the product back to our facility.
3. Once your returned item is received and it passes our inspection, we will issue your refund
within a few business days. Please note that sometimes credit card companies may delay credit on their end.
If this happens, rest assured within one billing cycle, the credit will be back in your account.
Restock Fees do apply for all SwingFrame returns. Since our frames are custom-cut to the exact specifications on your order, materials can rarely be re-used.
Additionally, SwingFrame products use more material and involve more labor when building our patented Display Products; thus, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
No returns are allowed for any orders which have a quantity of 10+ displays ordered or exceed $2,500.
We highly suggest ordering a sample before placing a larger sized order.
International Order Returns
When shipping outside of the USA or Canada, we do not accept returns.
All sales are final, so please triple check all the specifications of your order request before proceeding.
